Co-Founder and Managing Partner

A seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in project management and financial oversight across various industries.

Currently a Senior Manager of Project Execution & Implementation at a major utility, where he turns continuous improvement ideas of the organization into sustainable business practices. He has held multiple management positions and worked as a lead consultant managing project controls for large-scale projects.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, MBA from California State University Long Beach, and several project management, innovation, and commercial pilot certification certificates.

A Principal Manager who recently retired with 38 years of professional experience, including over 2 decades in various leadership roles.

Managed organizations of field construction crews, planning and design personnel, construction and process improvement project managers, and corporate change efforts driving innovation and achieving efficiency gains.

Was responsible for executing construction and design targets, managing $1B budgets, implementing new technologies, reimagining processes, and restructuring and standing up new organizations,

Inspired employees, colleagues, and leaders through mentorship and guidance, set the example by fostering positive work cultures, and championed change through innovation and applying practical and innovative leadership philosophies, including starting a Women’s Network focused on instilling confidence and empowerment.

Laura holds a master’s degree in Organization Leadership, a bachelor’s degree in business, and certificates in project management, and is a certified Executive Leadership Coach.
